For selected programs, we also coordinate qualified independent partner factories in Vietnam and Thailand. We manage specifications, samples, QC scope, production records, packing, and shipment coordination rather than operating as a general product-listing trader.

Orders may be manufactured through AsiaQuartz core production capabilities in China or, for qualified product programs, through partner factories in Vietnam or Thailand. Not every color, formula, slab size, finish, or fabricated format is available in every country. The actual factory, production route, country of origin, and document package are confirmed before order approval.

No. The Vietnam and Thailand facilities are qualified independent production partners, not presented as wholly owned AsiaQuartz factories. Their capability is reviewed by product program, and approved orders are managed through agreed specifications, samples, QC checkpoints, production records, packing records, and shipment-level documentation.

One full container is a common starting point for wholesale slab programs, but the actual MOQ depends on product series, production country, color mix, slab size, thickness, stock availability, customization, testing, and packing. Trial, mixed-container, stock, or project-specific arrangements may be reviewed when the selected program supports them.

Future batches or different production countries are not assumed to be visually identical.

Yes. Selected silica-free and low-silica engineered surface programs are available. Buyers should review the exact product composition, applicable XRD or laboratory report, SDS, certificate holder, factory, and production location. A report applies only to the identified product and tested production scope; it should not be treated as blanket compliance for every color, factory, or market.

Buyers can send target colors, physical references, full-slab images, project specifications, or existing product names. We review suitable products and production routes, prepare samples when available, confirm pattern scale, finish, and acceptable variation, and retain the approved reference for production review. A change of factory or production country requires separate sample and document confirmation.

Yes. The approved QC scope may include full-slab images, sample-to-batch comparison, thickness checks, visible-defect review, labels, packing photos, bundle records, and container loading records. The exact inspection scope is confirmed in the quotation or order documents. Supplier photos support buyer review but do not replace an independent third-party inspection when one is required.

Yes. AsiaQuartz can support product selection, sample confirmation, production-route review, trial-container planning, packing requirements, QC records, basic export document coordination, and loading updates. The buyer remains responsible for importer-of-record obligations, customs classification, broker instructions, local regulations, and final import decisions.

Yes. We support quartz and engineered surface programs for hotel vanities, reception desks, retail counters, apartment kitchens, furniture surfaces, wall applications, and other repeat-volume uses. Project review should cover drawings, approved finish, slab layout, tolerance, quantity, batch sequencing, packing, schedule, and future replenishment needs.
