AsiaQuartz supplies quartz slabs, printed quartz, classic quartz, silica-free and low-silica surface options, prefabs, vanity tops, cut-to-size pieces, terrazzo-style engineered stone, and value-line programs. Availability varies by product, factory, MOQ, origin, and project requirements.

Common formats include 3200 × 1600 mm. Selected programs may also offer 3250 × 1650 mm or 3500 × 2000 mm. Typical thicknesses are 20 mm and 30 mm. Final availability must be confirmed by color, finish, factory, MOQ, and production route.

Printed quartz uses controlled surface printing to create marble-inspired or decorative designs. Buyers should approve tone, pattern scale, vein direction, finish, slab sequencing, and edge details from actual samples or full-slab visuals. Identical future batches or cross-origin visual equivalence are not assumed.

AsiaQuartz can review silica-free and low-silica engineered surface options. Suitability must be checked against the exact product formula, production factory, product-specific SDS or test report, intended fabrication method, and destination-market requirements.

Full slabs are fabricated locally. Prefabs are standardized countertop or vanity components. Cut-to-size pieces are produced from approved drawings and may include edge work, cutouts, labels, and project-specific packing.

Yes. Samples can be arranged for qualified B2B buyers to review color, pattern, finish, texture, thickness, and application suitability. Sample approval guides production review, but identical future batches are not guaranteed.

MOQ depends on product type, color, size, thickness, customization, factory, packing method, and origin. Mixed loading may be possible when SKU quantities, packing systems, factory schedules, and loading safety are compatible. Minimum quantity by color and the final loading plan must be confirmed before quotation.

Lead time is confirmed after the product, sample status, factory, MOQ, customization, QC scope, packing method, and order schedule are reviewed. AsiaQuartz does not apply one fixed lead time to every product or origin.

Yes, where commercially practical. A trial container can be used to review product quality, sample-to-bulk control, packing performance, documentation, communication, and market response before a repeat supply program.

The agreed QC scope may include surface review, dimensions, thickness, color comparison, pattern review, labels, packing, and loading records. Pre-shipment photos or inspection records may be shared according to the approved order and documentation scope.

Slabs are packed using approved export supports, surface protection, reinforcement, and container loading plans. Prefabs and cut-to-size pieces may require foam, plywood, labels, part lists, and room-by-room or unit-by-unit packing. The final system depends on size, route, handling, and project risk.

Core product development and manufacturing capabilities are based in China. For selected approved programs, AsiaQuartz may coordinate qualified independent production partners in Vietnam and Thailand. Not every product is available from every origin. The actual factory, production country, country of origin, sample approval, QC scope, and documents are confirmed before order approval.

The agreed package may include a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading information, certificate of origin where applicable, product specifications, and approved QC, packing, or loading records. Exact documents depend on the product, factory, order, buyer requirements, and destination market.
