AsiaQuartz supplies quartz slabs in several formats and thicknesses. Below are the owner-confirmed official specs. However, exact supply, feasibility, and product confirm still apply to each order.
Quick answer: AsiaQuartz quartz slab dimensions vary by product. For example, the regular jumbo format is 3200 × 1600 mm (127 × 64 in), with additional project sizes and a maximum super-jumbo up to 3530 × 2030 mm (138 × 79 in). Standard thicknesses are 20 mm (3/4″) and 30 mm (1-1/4″); 12 mm and 15 mm are produced for special uses such as splashes. Therefore, confirm the exact product, dimensions, and thickness before finalizing an order.

Available slab dimensions
Slab dimensions mean length × width. Available dimensions vary by product and by how the slab is produced. Therefore, the table below lists the owner-confirmed official specs:
| Slab size (mm) | Slab size (in) | Note |
|---|---|---|
| 3200 × 1600 | 127 × 64 | Regular jumbo size |
| 3000 × 1400 | 118 × 55 | Project size |
| 3000 × 1500 | 118 × 59 | Project size |
| 2800 × 1400 | 110-1/4 × 55 | Project size |
| up to 3530 × 2030 | up to 138 × 79 | Maximum super-jumbo (subject to feasibility) |
Important: However, no single dimension is the AsiaQuartz standard for every product, and 3200 × 1600 mm is not the only size available. Supply, production feasibility, and exact product confirm always apply.
Slab thickness options
Slab thickness means how thick the slab is. In short, AsiaQuartz standard thicknesses are 20 mm (3/4″) and 30 mm (1-1/4″).
| Thickness | Imperial | Use note |
|---|---|---|
| 20 mm | 3/4″ | Standard thickness |
| 30 mm | 1-1/4″ | Standard thickness |
| 12 mm | 1/2″ | Special-use thickness for uses such as splashes / backsplashes |
| 15 mm | 5/8″ | Special-use thickness for uses such as splashes / backsplashes |
We also produce 12 mm and 15 mm slabs for special uses such as splashes and backsplashes. These are special-use thicknesses, not general standard ones. Marble Look quartz slabs are 20 mm and 30 mm only. Other material thicknesses need special customization and are subject to MOQ, production limits, setup, use, and order review.
Approved wording: “Available slab dimensions vary by product. Standard slab thicknesses are 20 mm and 30 mm; other thicknesses require special customization and are subject to MOQ, production feasibility, production arrangement, application requirements, and order review.”
Dimensions vs. thickness — why the distinction matters
However, two terms are often mixed together but are not interchangeable:
- Dimensions = length × width (how large the slab face is).
- Thickness = the stated material thickness (how thick the slab is).
Keeping them separate matters for fabrication planning. First, slab format and thickness decide packing geometry — how many slabs fit in a bundle or container. Next, unit weight (density × volume) sets further limits, such as container payload, route rules, frame capacity, or handling equipment. As a result, a clear spec that states both reduces seam, yield, and freight surprises later in the project.
US-bound (East Coast) packing guide
For shipments to the East Coast of the USA, full-slab shipments of the regular jumbo size (3200 × 1600 mm / 127 × 64 in, approximately 55 sq ft per slab) are generally packed as follows. Specifically, the official packing and loading guide is:
- 7 bundles per 20 ft container;
- 10 slabs of 30 mm per bundle, 15 slabs of 20 mm per bundle;
- 70 slabs of 30 mm per 20 ft container, or 105 slabs of 20 mm per 20 ft container.
Scope note: Therefore, this is a planning guide for shipments to the East Coast of the USA, using the 3200 × 1600 mm format. Do not treat it as the same for every destination, size, or product, and do not apply the 55 sq ft figure to other formats. Packing and container counts are reviewed for the selected product, size, and order.
Finish availability
Finishes vary by product. For example, polished, honed, matte, leathered, or textured finishes are not on every product. Therefore, confirm the finish for the selected product and its use before specifying it.
How to specify slab size in an RFQ or PO
To reduce risk of change, state the following per product and order. In addition, do not rely on labels such as “standard” or “jumbo” alone:
- First, exact product code and current product version;
- Required finished dimensions (length × width) and stated thickness;
- Required finish;
- Color or design and allowed visual change;
- Quantity, MOQ, and target production timing;
- Test files, packing method, and loading plan;
- Shipping route and destination needs.
For visible or repeated project areas, review may also include a real sample, full-slab image, or a sample slab. It can also cover base tone, pattern scale and direction, layout and seam planning, and a kept sample for later phases or replacements. However, a sample or digital image cannot show every feature of a full slab or every allowed batch difference.
Commercial review: Therefore, supply, specs, production route, MOQ, QC scope, docs, packing, timing, and commercial terms are reviewed for the selected product and order.

FAQ
Specifically, AsiaQuartz slabs are available in a regular jumbo of 3200 × 1600 mm (127 × 64 in), project sizes of 3000 × 1400 mm, 3000 × 1500 mm, and 2800 × 1400 mm, and a maximum super-jumbo up to 3530 × 2030 mm (138 × 79 in). However, available dimensions vary by product and by how it is made.
Standard thicknesses are 20 mm (3/4″) and 30 mm (1-1/4″). AsiaQuartz also produces 12 mm (1/2″) and 15 mm (5/8″) for special uses such as splashes and backsplashes. Marble Look quartz slabs are 20 mm and 30 mm only. Other thicknesses need special customization and are subject to MOQ, production limits, setup, use, and order review.
No. However, while 3200 × 1600 mm is the regular jumbo size, AsiaQuartz also offers the project sizes listed above and a maximum super-jumbo up to 3530 × 2030 mm. No single dimension is the standard for every product, and exact supply is confirmed per product and order.
Specifically, for shipments to the East Coast of the USA, the regular jumbo size (3200 × 1600 mm) in a 20 ft container typically carries 70 slabs of 30 mm thickness or 105 slabs of 20 mm thickness, packed as 7 bundles with 10 slabs (30 mm) or 15 slabs (20 mm) per bundle. This is a planning reference for that format; packing and container counts are reviewed for the selected product, size, and order.
Finishes and ordering
Are polished, honed, or textured finishes available on all slabs?
Finishes vary by product and are not the same on every product. Therefore, confirm the finish for the selected product and its use before specifying it.What should I include when requesting slab sizes?
Specifically, state the exact product code and version, required finished dimensions and stated thickness, finish, color or design with allowed visual change, quantity and MOQ, test files, packing and loading plan, and shipping route. For visible areas, also plan for a sample or full-slab visual review.
Specs reflect AsiaQuartz owner-confirmed official parameters (re-affirmed 2026-08-17). However, supply, feasibility, and exact product confirm apply to each order. Related: Quartz Slab Specifications · QC & Packing Guide · Supply Chain Guide · Supplier Selection Guide.
